Temporary uploaded files are not always deleted #176

When uploading a file then a temporary file is created in the /tmp directory.
This temporary file is not always removed after the upload has been handled.

We need to add a 'cleanup' after:
- finishing the upload request
- periodic cleanup of older temporary files
