Mail subject needs to be unescaped #185

Currently the rsc title is html-encoded in the database. For the mail subject, 
it should be decoded otherwise it looks wrong.

This seems only an issue on 0.6.

Indeed, in the new mailer code of 0.7 we unescape the subject after fetching it 
from the html part.

A subject that is given in the #mail record is not unescaped, maybe that has to 
be checked for needed unescaping as well?  Kind of optional unescape, depending 
on the presence of entity characters?
