Logon page independence #190

Currently there is a mixup in the logon page handling. This is caused by the 
fact that we integrated the frontend and backend login.

If you're developing your own simple site (custom base.tpl) with all custom 
templates, you can no longer login to the admin because the logon page will be 
broken.
