BL26XX.LIB: Make comment easier to understand #2

I had a very hard time understanding this comment about BL26XX_CAL_ADC_OVERLAP_FIX.

I changed my PR to do less changes. I was not sure if GAIN7 or GAIN0 where program constants that I did not have the value of. And, I did not know what SE0 and SE1 meant.
