Reproduction steps

Observed behavior

Mp3's in library is not detected correctly (see log error) --> don't show up in Songs, Artist, etc. tab. Other filetypes in the same directories are detected correctly (FLAC, OPUS). When manually playing these mp3's via the dopamine folder explorer or Windows file explorer, Dopamine only plays some unrecognizable sounds lasting less than a second. VLC plays these files normally. The tags of these mp3's are not shown in Windows file explorer, while they seem correctly tagged in mp3Tag using ID3v2.3 (ID3v1 ID3v2.3).

Desired behavior

Detect and play mp3's normally.
