Add ability to import HTML playlists

Could you give me more info about this? I haven't heard about html playlists until now.

It is used by AIMP and foolbar2000 and can be opened by common browsers. Here is a sample (In my Firefox): animations 20161221_210030

I also have drop you an email with that sample.

Plus, I believe itunes and Spotify will also support it as well
