Color picker #4

Add a color picker to simplify creation of color schemes.

I have created a color picker control which looks like UWP, maybe it can be added into Dopamine soon. tim20180129224713

@digimezzo just a quick question: why wouldn't the default ColorDialog be an option? This would -as far as I know- just take a couple of lines to include.
