Assign priorities to lyrics providers + make lyrics provider plugin system #734

From a user:

The download lyrics from section could be a sortable list.
Netease lyrics have timestamps available in some cases and I would like it to search that site first, followed by any others.

Addition: If lyrics api list is a sortable list, can it be designed to be a plugin?
