Menu/Minimize/Expand/Close buttons shouldn't be hidden if window width is decreased #600

Version: Dopamine 3.0 Preview 25 OS: Windows 10

  1. Decrease window width to 480px or less

Result: Menu/Minimize/Expand/Close buttons are hidden Expected result: Menu/Minimize/Expand/Close buttons should be available on any window width

@adem4ik Thanks for reporting this issue. It's a known issue (https://github.com/digimezzo/dopamine/issues/549) and is not supposed to remain like that.
