Parse wc #150

I changed the code to proper parse WC (web os science categories) keywords and remove the key 'DT' since it is duplicate (lines 82 and 88 at tethne/readers/wos.py).

@guilhermeleobas Thanks for the contribution! This looks great for now, although I wonder whether or not we should give WC a more semantically meaningful name (as we have for the other fields) in the future.
