Add License #3

I'd like to use this library but there is no associated license so I can't at the moment. Would you be able to add one please?

Also, it doesn't seem to publish to nuget.org.

Hi @adamrodger,

this library is deprecated. We never finished the work on it. We switched to using serilog (https://github.com/serilog/serilog-extensions-logging) with the Elasticsearch sink (https://github.com/serilog/serilog-sinks-elasticsearch) and added our own extensions to it (https://github.com/digipolisantwerp/serilog_aspnetcore).
