For the CPD thing, we are looking at building a web-based resource of links relating to professional development. This is expected to have a decent number of contributors, so likely needs something more than the raw Markdown of an Awesome List. So, we're looking for a simple way to manage that kind of data, with some controlled vocalulary and structure support. This is clearly very similar to tool registry problem. See #16

Wrote up outline internally and the project wants to pursue a DecapCMS approach.
