Gather challenging 'Good Practice' cases

There are some examples where what makes 'good practice' is contested.

• Validation, at all.
• JHOVE esp. PDF, versus VeraPDF etc.
• SIARD vs other database solutions, InfoArchive?
• Emerging practices around preserving things on Cloud platforms?
• Non-ASCII character treatment:

It's highly likely there are underlying contextual factors that can be gleaned from examples like these, so it's good to collect them.
