Current instructions in the readme for v2 do not cover important use cases.

[ ] Building a standalone versioned production docker image, that will not depend on dev setup, but still be fully configurable.
[ ] A proper development setup with incremental compilation that will not require restarting the docker container with every change.
[ ] SSL certificate setup.

Additionally there are some local changes not related to configuration files in the current deployment of the metaverse.vircadia.com/live.
