Update safe/config mode instructions in README.md #41

README.md still referred to pulling pin 10 to GND and power cycling to enter safe/config mode. Changed this to pin 0 to match the code change in commit eec7414.

Also mentioned that "config mode" is the same as "safe mode" since both terms are intermixed in the code and documentation.

I have also updated the reference to the safe/config mode pin on the wiki at http://digistump.com/wiki/oak/tutorials/arduino
