https://oakota.digistump.com/firmware/firmware_v1.bin is 1.0.5 not 1.0.6? #85

https://oakota.digistump.com/firmware/firmware_v1.bin seems to be 1.0.5 not 1.0.6...

I have no idea how to compile my own official firmware (with config/update modes built in)... buildpack-oak only generates base firmware with no config/update modes... and does not include the *.ino files required for the /input directory...

So I'm filing this issue here assuming that ya'll can just build 1.0.6 and put it up on the oakota website for us to download and flash/use.
