at a certain depth of the topic map can we hide children if they have no relationships #11

as we pull in external ontologies can we programmatically hide parts of an ontology if there are no associations between that ontology and the data (indicators etc).

We might want to color-code or add an icon for a node that links out to another ontology.

not sure what's feasible with cytoscope, it'd be neat if we could make it expand/collapse ... but we should probably wait until we have truly unmanageable topic maps
