using sitemesh3 breaks display of pages because it truncates the page at a given arbitrary length.

adding a custom filter {{ClearContentLengthFilter}} resolves this issue, though less than ideal

this works, but the main template isn't parsed by freemarker, and doesn't have access to the context path
