Document how to deploy Daml Finance to Canton #479

We should document the necessary flags to deploy Daml Finance to Canton post SDK 2.5 release.

The config can now use Canton protocol 4.0.0 and we should have a section explaining the required config and how to use the SDK tooling to deploy the DARs.

Should also cover: how to obtain the library and integrate into app pipeline (point to / explain get-dependencies in quickstarter)
