Use defined interface views instead of magic methods when computing views #14114

@remyhaemmerle-da I closed that in favor of https://github.com/digital-asset/daml/issues/14112. If you want to track it separately, I suggest dropping it from the other checklist. Or maybe better, keep it in the checklist and have this one be "introduce interface views in Daml & Daml-LF" and then the checklist is only about switching over the computeInterfaceView.
