Integration update #20

@lucianojoublanc-da @georg-da I need to timebox this work, but I believe that this brings the integration layer and Fpml example to a newer SDK (the one that I'm targeting). It builds off of https://github.com/digital-asset/lib-message-integration/pull/19 so that should go first.
