Consider rename and Transfer ownership? #16

@Cotswoldsmaker if this is going to be the prototype/POC for the "web front end" to generate and manage standard DCB0129 templates, it possibly needs renaming to something more specific to that.

I would suggest possibly:

And then maybe it would be worth transferring the repo to the DCSA organisation?

@pacharanero I like "digital-clinical-safety-platform". I will finish what I am working on, merge two branches and transfer ownership to DCSA
