1/ everyone needs to pull from develop to local - before they code any changes in their own dev branch
2/ need to be able to see the - (origin/develop, develop) HEAD@{5 minutes ago}: pull origin develop: Fast-forward , seems its not working on windows ( screen capture from @abhijeetmote , didnt show it )
