Update "Why Does Cozmo Keep Turning Off?" Article #44

Newer devices that have Wi-Fi Assist or other types of network autoswitching can cause frustrating disconnections from Cozmo. Need to update the Cozmo support article to reflect this.

This is done- article is now updated and reflects steps to turn off autoswitching on both iOS and Android.
