Some computers don't bind to all network addresses, preventing ota download to robot. #8

We've seen at least one computer where the app doesn't properly attach to the external IP address of the computer. This allows the app to work until we try to download the .ota file where the robot needs to access the computer.

There should also be a command line flag for people who explicitly DON'T want to use 0.0.0.0
