Estava fazendo teste de delete. Fiz git update em todos os gits. recriei o banco ingest2 e fiz make me na pasta preserv-PE/data/CUS/Cusco/_pk001 depois fiz make all_layers, que executou a linha

refiz o banco de dados e os makefiles, funcionou
