fixes invalid organisation:
KET
,
COR
,
ENO
, and
NNUA
have merged, new endpoint for combined data, no new records!
OLD
did had incorrect uri before, new endpoint has correct, no new records
also retires an old endpoint for
IPS
which was not retried previously when new endpoint added
