Mission

Capture custom CloudWatch metrics for Publish Service (frontend) and present on a CloudWatch Dashboard.

Business Value

Provides product owner with necessary insights into the usage of their service.

Tech Approach

Following completion of #3455

Acceptance Criteria

CloudWatch metrics will include

Number who started check journey
Number who finished check journey
Number who got errors in datafile
Number who got no errors in datafile
End to end journey time
Processor response time (stretch goal)
