Add DPT Instances #113

The following instances are to be created:

test.dpt.world
wrangelkiez.dpt.world
climate.dpt.world
migration.dpt.world
religion.dpt.world
veganism.dpt.world
gender.dpt.world

Each instance would include a single topic: "Please propose discussion topics here".

@Iwan-Ittermann The most upfront way to achieve this would be to create replicas the demo.dpt.world virtual machine. Each replica would have its monthly fee (to DigitalOcean). In order to create those VMs, we'd need access to the DigitalOcean account.
