Jp2000 codestream #14

@jackdos Great to see this being submitted, we also ingested raw JPEG-2000 codestream files in our environments (originally created with Kakadu v6.3.1) so count this as another vote for inclusion in a future release.

The mimetype should be different though I believe. The shared-mime-info database and Tika list image/x-jp2-codestream here, while Exiftool uses image/x-j2c, I think aligning with the former would be a good idea, what do you think?

@prettybits Sorry, only just saw this comment. I can't remember if I took that mime-type from a more authoritative reference or just copied the x-fmt/392 entry, but I'm happy for @tnafrancesca and the team to change it to whatever they think is most approriate.
