New offset for Sony ARW fmt/1127 #69

The max offset for fmt/1127 needs to be updated from "2048" to minimum of "6144" for the second segment. An ARW may have XMP data in the header and push the ARW version info further into the file.

New signature should be: 49492A00{0-512}534F4E59{0-6144}00B001000400000003
