Improvement: The file chooser dialog for picking CSV and CSVS file should default to the last picked folder #471

The file chooser dialog for picking CSV and CSVS file should default to the last picked folder

By doing this, once someone has picked a CSV file, when they go to pick the CSVS file, the dialog launches in same folder and in most of the cases CSVS file is in the same folder.
