fmt/95 has an errant space character in its new secondary signature. This is known to be causing issues with Siegfried - https://github.com/richardlehane/siegfried/issues/179

and FIDO: https://github.com/openpreserve/fido/issues/203

We're aiming to fix this during the w/c 28/02

This issue should now be resolved with v104 update which is now live and available to download. Awaiting confirmation from original issues that problem is fixed
