PRONOM can currently only provide a single 'source' for each update. Needs to allow multiple.
Example: fmt/1210 - WaveFront OBJ was submitted jointly by Archaeology Data Service and The Church of Jesus Christ and Latter Day Saints but PRONOM is unable to reflect this.
