[Request] Convert OPL2 to OPL #56

The OPL2 is backwards compatible with the OPL but not the opposite. It would be nice to play OPL2 tunes in my MSX-AUDIO, even if it meant losing the additional waveforms. From what I gather it doesn't have any additional feature aside from that? But I might be wrong Hope you'll consider it! having a lot of fun converting tunes in this

Hi, I thought there were no needs for this feature since this could be done by vgm player side but I've noticed that the most vgm player does not support OPL2 to OPL1 downgrade conversion. So I've added this feature and released vgm-conv 0.9.0.
