Add filters to the People Ranking #263

Add a multiple selection mode menu on the people page (see red box on screenshot) with the following filter options for the search of people: All fields [default option] Name and GitHub user Company Location Institution Organization Repository

Own Opinion: That would be a bad Idea, there are many users that don't have a location, or company. Also filtering for repositories would be pretty bad as there are more than 10'000 repositories to choose from.

I see your point, it's not perfect. But it would help a lot as a first step to analyze the data. Therefore, please implement it.
