Remove Institution #302

Please identify institutions and organizations automatically that don't exist anymore.

Removed old instituition.

Feature will be added in the future.

@maemst What should happen when an organization doesnt exist anymore?

In-existant orgs and institutions should be removed from the public list (OSS Benchmark frontend) but not from the repo JSON file since they might get activated again in the future.
