Yeah and figure captions etc. I have been very lazy indeed. Would be nice to do a bit more theming of the output with CSS too.

fig.cap chunk option will be used as fig.alt if latter is not specified (https://blog.rstudio.com/2021/04/20/knitr-fig-alt/). I am on it.

They should all now have alt texts
