Date facet not matching with the search results #41

In the faceting the category ‘Date’ is not correctly aggregating all the ‘Document Dates’ in the database. Example: there are 109 ‘Testamentary Business’ items in 1349 (Reg 10) but only 6 appear in Date facet in left hand column (see below).

This problem is not just for date facet, also for other facets, e.g. subject.

This problem seems a data issue, e.g. not all date_facet is indexed, so needs to look at the editing tool, not the search UI
