change text on Website #22

Hi Frank

I am not sure when you are coming back to work and sorry for bothering you if you have not yet but can you please: 1) Remove the red emergency text from the homepage (about the IRIS email not working reliably) 2) Add 'Cylcia Bolibaugh' under Project Directors on the Home page following Emma and Luke's names 3) Remove 'Sophie Thompson' from Development and administration on the home page
