incomplete metadata #38

Hi Frank

Is it possible to check who uploaded these materials? Here is the link to the materials on IRIS: https://www.iris-database.org/iris/app/home/detail?id=york%3a937485&ref=search

Having email address of the person would be useful so we could contact them and ask to complete the metadata details, Thanks!

If you login as admin, then click 'Edit instrument', then email address is available under "Communication / Licence" tab.
