diacritics problem #53

Could you please look into this diacritics issue? Plus, you could also see that the reliability α was not displayed properly. I think this is important as we will hold more records with reliability reported. Please let me know how I could handle this at my end.

Can you please take a look at these 3 records, the diacritics aren't showing up right.

Checked Fedora data, it's properly utf-8 encoded.

Fixed by adding UTF-8 support in tomcat config file.
