records not visible if login #59

@yf508 Hi Frank,

The author reported that the materials were not visible with these records she created. When I logged in, I couldn't even search out the records. But when I logged out and searched, I could see the records with materials. The author wanted to edit the materials but could not at this moment. Unfortunately I could not edit either because I could not find the records when I logged in. It's a bit urgent.

The problem was caused by an underlying system issue. The access control list was missing.
