Could you please update the information about IRIS team on "About IRIS" page?

We need to add these people with the photo and the role:
1) Cylcia Bolibaugh, IRIS Project Director (Please add her info. after Luke)
2) Sebastian Pałucha, Technology Strategy Leader (Please add his info. after Cylcia and before Frank)
3) Junlan Pan, IRIS Project Assistant (Please add her info. at the last)
4) Please remove Sophie's info., and keep the info. of Emma, Luke and Frank.
I also attached the photos of Cylcia and Junlan here. I will send a reminding note to Sebastian for his pic.
Please let me know if you need any other info.
