Enable Google Scholar Indexing #158

User scenario

As a researcher, I would like to find OASIS summaries through Google Scholar search interface

Work prerequisites

Map Summarires metadata model to Google Scholar <meta name = "citation_ .../> tags. Every OASIS summary should expose metadata tags as described in Google Scholar Indexing Guidelines.

Current support

At present we do not expose any meaningful metadata apart from the full pdf file location.

@VolhaA I'll presume that we will be exposing Summaries citation metadata for indexing e.g. as currently present in How to cite this summary section. This will not contain information about an original journal paper.
