Please add a comment with a description of the current state of this issue and the trouble finding that doesn't allow us to follow this way.

Didn't find a complete Jekyll Docker image that worked on the Raspberry Pi, the main issue being that the Raspberry Pi processor is an ARMv6. The image gists/Jekyll worked but was lacking Ruby and npm. So, for now, we are doing the project on a regular computer not a Raspberry Pi.
