Consider adding a redirect URL for clients to follow once an exchange completes #46

The redirectUrl would be included in the final payload from the server when the exchange completes, alongside any verifiablePresentation, i.e., {verifiablePresentation, redirectUrl} or {redirectUrl} (the latter for when there is no VP).
