Update BarcodeScanner to now accept a licenceServer. #25

licenseServer is now embedded in the license.

This is a workaround (provided to us by Dynamsoft) that we do not intend to roll out to QA for a week or two. The license value itself is a base64 encoded value that is supposed to include the licenseServer information. We hope that within a week or two that Dynamsoft will fix the bug in their license server.
