Steps to reproduce:

npm i @digitalbazaar/cborld@3.1.1

On node v14.15.5

Appears to be thrown by your wrapper around cbor.... node_modules/@digitalbazaar/cbor/lib/util.js:1

sigh, appears to be caused by jest.
