key id is not set automaticallly with EcdsaSecp256r1VerificationKey2019 #36

P-256 EcdsaSecp256r1VerificationKey2019 should have it's key id set automatically, but it doesn't.

  1. Add EcdsaSecp256r1VerificationKey2019 to the map of mock data run through the multikeys.spec.js
  2. Add id generation for EcdsaSecp256r1VerificationKey2019
